Noosa River Estate was designed by a multiple award-winning Brisbane studio as a direct response to that landscape. The architecture — a precisely engineered composition of off-form concrete, structural steel, and floor-to-ceiling glazing — presents differently from every angle: bold and horizontal from the water, intimate and garden-facing from the street. The principal living pavilion extends across the full river frontage, its retractable glass walls eliminated entirely in the Queensland months to create a seamless indoor-outdoor volume of some two hundred square metres.

Five bedroom suites are arranged over three levels, each with private terrace access and tailored finishes. The master suite on the upper level is a room of genuine ambition — a north-facing retreat with a private study, his-and-hers dressing rooms, and an ensuite of honed Nero Marquina marble with a freestanding tub positioned to capture the bend in the river below. A wine cellar, home cinema, and gymnasium complete the lower level.

Outside, a resort-quality pool sits at the water’s edge, flanked by a private jetty accommodating vessels up to fifteen metres. The adjacent terrace — clad in Queensland ironbark decking and furnished with custom teak loungers — is simply where every day ends at this property, watching the river go gold.
